FAQ & DETAILS

Common questions before you stop in

What should I include in my message or request?

Tell us which service you need (engraving, fitting, or repair), what clubs you’re bringing, and your goal. For repairs, note the issue and any shaft/grip details. For engraving, share the text/logo and placement ideas. Add your timing and the best way to reach you.

Do I need an appointment, or can I walk in?

Walk-ins are welcome when we’re available, but appointments are best for custom fittings and any detailed engraving consults. If you’re making a trip or have multiple clubs, send a quick note first so we can reserve time and be ready for you.

What’s the typical turnaround time for engraving or repairs?

Turnaround depends on the job, parts availability, and current workload. Many quick repairs can be turned around fast, while reshafts or specialty work can take longer. Engraving timing varies by complexity. Reach out with details and we’ll give you a realistic estimate.

Can you engrave logos, handwriting, or custom designs?

Yes—laser engraving can handle names, initials, simple graphics, and many logo-style designs. The best results come from clean artwork (vector files are ideal), but we can review what you have and confirm what will translate well to metal before we start.

Do you sell clubs online or take payment through the website?

We don’t sell clubs online. This site is here to explain services and help you book or request a quote. Once we confirm the scope, we’ll walk you through pricing and options, then you can bring your clubs in for the work.

Do I need to bring anything with me for a fitting?

Bring your current clubs (especially the one you hit most), the ball you normally play, and any notes about what you’re trying to change—distance, dispersion, launch, or feel. If you have past specs or a recent launch monitor report, that’s helpful but not required.
